The Homeowners Association has four officers who are elected for two year terms at our annual owners meeting held June of every year.
Officers are all volunteer positions and are here to help all of us enjoy our family friendly neighborhood. Please contact any of us with your thoughts and suggestions.
President@coachlighttrailhoa.org
- Leads / heads all meetings of the board and association.
- Oversees the officers / board members, operations etc.
- Can execute all contracts or similar obligations on behalf of the association
- Handles complaints
- Assesses any lot plans according to bylaws and covenants
Term ends June 2023
Vice-President@coachlighttrailhoa.org
- Project manager
- Contacts vendors
- Troubleshoots any association property damage
- Coordinates with any sub-committees for project proposals
Term ends June 2022
Treasurer@coachlighttrailhoa.org
- Pays bills & balances checking account
- Creates & Balances budget.
- Creates dues invoices and collects dues
- Correspondence of dues status with title companies
- Coordinates with Vice-President on projects
- Keeps up neighborhood directory and assists with mailings (with secretary)
Term ends June 2022
Secretary@coachlighttrailhoa.org
- Creates meeting agendas, newsletters and misc forms
- Types up all meeting minutes
- Contacts HOA website with meeting minutes and any news alerts
- In charge of neighborhood block party
- Keeps up neighborhood directory and sends mailings
